Our Accommodation

Loft Apartment

The Loft apartment, located above the main residence, was designed with an emphasis on privacy and is accessed from a separate entrance.

Mezzanine Apartment

The Mezzanine apartment is the larger of the two premium waterfront accommodation choices, and completely separate from the main house.

River Front Studio

The River Front Studio is a beautiful compact room with an adjoining ensuite plus a sheltered deck area overlooking the river.

Experience Ulverstone

You can also choose one of the expertly directed and highly praised river cruises aboard the “Just Leven”. Alternatively, walk five minutes up the road to the Ulverstone Golf Club, one of the best in Tasmania, where the isolated bush setting and manicured fairways will make your tee-off experience like no other (hire clubs are available).

This location is popular with local fishermen or you can explore the Leven River by kayak. Upriver you can find spectacular scenery inhabited by the occasional platypus or rare white-bellied sea eagle. Downriver you can take in Ulverstone’s quaint town centre and friendly, accommodating townsfolk.
