The Mezzanine Apartment is the larger of the two premium waterfront accommodation choices and is completely separate from the main house. This modern private setting is perfect for longer stays, as it is equipped with a full kitchen, mezzanine bedroom, and a lounge with a queen-size sofa bed and laundry facilities on site.
This apartment offers breathtaking river views from floor-to-ceiling windows, or from the private deck. The perfect retreat.

Loft Apartment
The Loft Apartment, located above the main residence, was designed with an emphasis on privacy and is accessed from a separate entrance. The spacious decorated bedroom has a large ensuite with a bath; the adjacent room features a kitchenette with modern appliances and a lounge with a queen-size sofa bed.

River Front Studio
The River Front Studio is a beautiful compact room with an adjoining ensuite and a sheltered deck area overlooking the river. The Studio comes equipped with a smart TV, fridge, heating, toaster, tea, and coffee-making facilities etc.
The Studio Room is a great alternative for guests not requiring self-catering facilities, but a comfortable bed in a peaceful and picturesque location.

Eco-friendly
We are very focused on conserving the surrounding beauty for generations to come.
Both buildings have double-glazed windows positioned to maximise the winter sun. They are built on energy-conserving concrete slabs with above-standard insulation in walls and ceilings. Combined with heat pumps and panel heating, the apartments are kept to a comfortable temperature using minimal energy.
All water used is rainwater collected on-site (bottled drinking water is provided).
Grey and black water is treated on-site and used for irrigation the required 150 metres from the river. Recycling bins are provided including food scrap bins for composting.
